How the studio will work

From print file to published listing in three steps.

    Upload one design

    PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. Regaltee places it on the garments and colors you sell and renders print-preview mockups. This part works today, above.

  2. 02

    Claude reads the design

    Claude's vision looks at the artwork (text, motif, style, audience) and drafts a listing in your brand voice as structured fields.

  3. 03

    Validate & export

    Every field is checked against marketplace limits (Etsy's 140-character titles and 13 tags, Amazon Merch bullets), then exported as CSV.

The Shop Agent: a Claude pipeline that keeps a whole catalog in shape.

The free optimizer audits one listing at a time. The Shop Agent, our paid stage, runs the same checks across an entire shop, continuously: the AI listing team a solo seller could never afford to hire. It reads every listing and every photo, drafts fixes and new mockups, and waits for the seller to approve. Nothing is published without a human click.

    Haiku runs the high-volume rule checks; Claude Sonnet 5.5 judges search intent, buyer fit and gaps versus similar listings.

  5. Step 4 · Generate

    Draft fixes and new assets

    Sonnet rewrites titles, tags and descriptions, then plans missing mockups that the studio renderer produces. A second Sonnet pass reviews each draft.

  6. Human review

    Seller approves in one click

    Each change arrives as a before/after with the reason. Approve, edit or reject; only approved changes are pushed.

Why we need Claude API credits

This stage can't run without an LLM API.

Reading a photo, judging whether a title matches what buyers search for, and rewriting it in a seller's voice are language and vision tasks. There's no rules engine that does them. Every audit is a set of Claude calls, and the agent re-runs them weekly, so usage is continuous, not one-off.

Credits go to the free community tier first. That's the part with no revenue behind it, and the part we've committed to keep free for individual sellers. Our year-one target is 200,000+ free listing optimizations, and every one of them is a set of Claude calls.

Month-12 projection: 40,000 listings/month (10,000 sellers × 4 listings) × ~23.5k tokens ≈ 940M tokens/month, close to 1B tokens a month for the free tier alone.

Estimates and targets, not measurements. The average month assumes a linear ramp from launch to 40,000 listings/month at month 12, averaging 20,000/month (~5,000 sellers × 4 listings), or 240,000 listings in year one. On top of that, each paid Shop Agent full-shop sync is ~6k input + ~1.5k output tokens per listing audit × 300 listings ≈ 2.25M tokens before image audits; weekly re-audits make that ≈ 9M tokens per connected shop per month. Shared rules and rubrics use prompt caching to keep repeat calls small.

Is the listing optimizer really free?

Yes. Single-listing audits and rewrites are free forever for individual sellers, with fair-use limits to keep it sustainable. Paid plans are for whole-shop automation (the Shop Agent) and teams.

Can you guarantee a #1 ranking?

No one can. Ranking depends on the marketplace's algorithm, your reviews, price and sales history. The optimizer fixes what's in your control: titles, tags, descriptions and photos that match what buyers search for.

Is anything live today?

The studio preview above: real in-browser mockups, the listing editor with limit checks and CSV export. The listing text shown is a sample. The optimizer and the Shop Agent are in development; join early access to be invited first.

Are my designs uploaded anywhere?

Not in the studio preview. Mockups are rendered entirely in your browser. When AI features launch, content is sent to Claude only when you ask for an audit or draft, and it is never used to train AI models.
