Regaltee is operated by Regaltee, Vietnam · Singapore ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use regaltee.com and Regaltee early access, and how we use it.

Studio preview

Designs you open in the public mockup studio are processed entirely in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Information we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, optional shop URL, the marketplace you sell on, and the IP address and time of your request (used to prevent spam).
• Early access: account details, designs and listings (URLs or text) you submit for AI audits or drafts, the results generated, and basic usage logs.

How we use it

To send early-access invitations and product updates you asked for, to provide the service, and to keep it secure. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

When you request an AI audit or draft, the listing, design and related text are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the result. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models. We do not use your designs to train any model.

Retention & your choices

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or early access ends. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
